CTC Range - 3 to 5 LPA
Responsibilities :
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including inbound, inventory management, outbound processes, and returns.
• Support the team by handling tasks related to inventory accuracy, damage control, and shrinkage reduction.
• Help execute order management and fulfillment processes.
• Assist in identifying and solving operational issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse.
• Participate in basic quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
