Ltd.• Role Summar The Project Operations Assistant acts like the project team’s compass, keeping tasks pointed in the right direction and ensuring no detail wanders off into the wild. The role supports day-to-day project workflows, documents, coordination, and site-to-office communication so projects run smooth, steady, and on time Key Responsibilitie 1. Project Coordination Assist the Project Manager with daily scheduling, task allocation, and follow-ups Track progress of landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance activities across sites Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and update reports Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met 2. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports Maintain BOQs, work orders, purchase requests, and site logs Draft MOMs after client and internal meetings Keep all project documents safe, updated, and audit-ready 3. Site Coordination Act as the bridge between site supervisors and the office Collect site photos, attendance, material consumption data, and issue logs Support in quality checks and checklist-based inspections 4. Material & Vendor Support Track material indents, stock levels, and delivery schedules Coordinate with procurement for timely supply to sites Assist in vendor documentation, billing follow-up, and GRN
