Role Overview : The candidate will oversee the end-to-end creative process of our corporate gifting solutions, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking to drive the success of our corporate gifting campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Direction :
• Be responsible for the creative strategy for corporate gifting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative gift concepts that cater to a diverse client base; work closely with our women entrepreneur community for the same.
Project Management :
• Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate and synergise with the other team members and external vendors to streamline operations and meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen eye for
detail and quality control.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a creative or operations management role, preferably within the corporate gifting or related industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
