About The Role
As an Operations Associate, you’ll sit at the heart of the action across Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming, and Betfair Sportsbook & Exchange platforms, protecting our customers, shaping their experience, and influencing real-time decisions that drive performance.

Monitor betting activity in real time, manage markets, resolve errors and identify risk with sound judgment and calm decision-making.
Anticipate issues before they arise and act quickly to ensure seamless journeys across every touchpoint.
Spot patterns, challenge inefficiencies and share insights that strengthen risk controls and streamline processes.
Partner closely with Trading teams and senior stakeholders to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully.
Make commercial decisions that protect the business while always keeping the customer front of mind.
Responsibilities Include:
You combine sharp attention to detail with strong intuition and sound judgment under pressure.
You’re naturally curious, always asking “why?” and looking for better, smarter ways to work.
You communicate clearly and confidently, building trust across teams.
You stay composed in fast-moving environments and can juggle multiple priorities with grace.
You bring warmth, positivity and a team-first mindset, working hard while keeping things human and energising.
