We are looking for an Operations Associate Intern to join the passionate Codingal team.
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and internal teams.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions for teachers and staff members.
• Support the management of teacher scheduling, performance tracking, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality educational services.
• Help in processing teacher payrolls and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Work with datasets related to student performance, course outcomes, and operational metrics. Analyse the data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas and suggest process improvements.
• Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and contributing to special projects as needed.
Required skills:
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (B.Tech preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Passion for education and a keen interest in the edtech industry.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
