Location: Virtual Workspace (Remote)

Salary: 10-15k/Month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and -focused Talent Operations Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Freshworks and Zendesk, along with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our talent operations by efficiently managing communication, scheduling meetings, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Manage and resolve queries through Freshworks, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
✔Schedule and manage meetings for internal teams and external stakeholders.
✔Ensure seamless coordination by organizing calendars and sending reminders.
✔Handle tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution.
✔Respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of accuracy and tone.
✔Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
✔Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the support system.
✔Monitor and improve response times, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
✔Proactively identify areas for process improvement in the support function.
✔Assist in improving workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
6months-1 year of experience in talent operations, customer support, or a similar role.
2. Tools:
Proficiency in using Fresh works, Zendesk, or similar support software.
3. Skills:
(a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(b) Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Attributes:
(a) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
(b) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
(c) Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced support environment.
Knowledge of support metrics like CSAT, FRT, and ticket resolution times.
Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
Experience in a customer support role.
Familiarity with HR or talent management processes.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
