Operations Associate

At sploot, we're building an everything app for dog parents - from content and community, to buying products and services. We have 100K+ downloads on Play Store, and are gearing up to 3x this number in 2024.

We're committed to solving "dhyaan kaun rakhega" or "who will take care of the dog" for dog parents. We do this by answering of all their questions (through content and community) and frequent dog-related chores (walking, grooming, food etc).

This role pertains to manage and improve walk quality for existing subscribers by monitoring walker opeprations. There is an on-ground element as well.

What This Role Entails:

1. Managing daily walker operations: ensuring SOPs are followed, and on-time walk % is > +5%

2. Conducting monthly quality audits for all walkers
