Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to support our e-commerce operations team in managing daily tasks related to order processing, inventory tracking, logistics and coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Order & Fulfillment Support
Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the fulfillment/warehouse team for timely dispatch
Track shipments and update customers/support team with delivery status or exceptions
Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
Inventory & Product Management
Help maintain accurate stock levels across systems and platforms
Coordinate with the warehouse team to update inventory records
Customer Experience Coordination
Work closely with customer support to resolve order-related queries and complaints
Follow up on logistics delays, missing items, or damaged shipments
Provide accurate information to support teams regarding stock status or delivery timelines
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of daily operations, shipment logs, and product movement
Assist in compiling performance reports (e.g., order volume, return rate, delivery timelines)
Help track key operational metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
Interest in electronics and consumer tech products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have:
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
Exposure to order/inventory tool Zoho,
Understanding of basic logistics processes and e-commerce terminology
