About the Role:
1. Draft daily, weekly and monthly reports, handling data collection and coordination with other teams.
2. Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery.
3. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
4. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
5. Creating and managing the organization's processes to achieve maximum Output.
6. Monitoring performance metrics.
7. Receiving and responding to customer grievances.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
