Profile Overview:
Operations Associate (Rotational Day and Night Shift) at TravClan is a key role that focuses on managing end-to-end booking and related operations across products while ensuring customer delight and timely deliverables during late/ night hours. Handling on-ground operations, increasing GMV & processing bookings on time are some of the high priority activities undertaken in Operations.
Growth Prospects:
• Annual CTC - ₹ 4.8 to 6 LPA
• ESOPs + promotions + aggressive growth prospects (read further) !
• Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
• Aggressive Hikes - In May 2021 - Avg Hike was 35%

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Ensure customer delight.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities

• Has prior experience / is comfortable working in working Night Shifts

The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
2.Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minutes group discussion round.
3. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
