Crafting Memories, Goa is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Operations & Client Servicing Manager to join our core leadership team.
This is a key position where you’ll play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless wedding execution, and being the main point of contact for our cherished clients. If you’re a people person, love systems and structure, and can handle multiple weddings with grace and precision—we’d love to hear from you!
⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple wedding projects
• Ensure all planning elements—vendors, logistics, timelines—are aligned and on track
• Build and manage strong client relationships with regular updates and clear communication
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution
• Streamline workflows and continuously improve backend systems
• Lead and support the team while fostering a positive and collaborative environment
