Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
The Program Operations Coordinator will support administrative and business operations within a large corporate account. As a member of the larger operations team and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this person will work closely with several other program operations leaders to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently:
Support Program Managers in the operation and organization of key program services
Work with Program Managers to review and analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to the analysis of program metrics, data and financial tracking
Collaborate on creation of new offerings and services
Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members
Facilitate processing of member requests
Provide customer support by assisting in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain an exceptional experience for all members.
Welcome guests with a friendly smile in person and/or over the phone
Scheduling of services Instructor management
Payroll and administrative support
Utilize Mindbody Software to conduct membership management/financial transactions accurately and confidently
Assists with Performance Consultant duties when needed; including tours, creating client invoices in Mindbody, and client communications.
Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year operations or program coordination experience
Minimum 1 year proven ability to provide high quality customer service
Energetic, friendly, and personable with a dynamic personality that inspires others.
Strong multitasking skills, goal-oriented, and self-directed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and motivate others.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, or as a team, and proactively with minimum supervision
Confidence to critically assess, manage, and streamline systems and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or the equivalent
Experience using MindBody Online business management software
Experience and/or subject matter expertise in group exercise or sports programming
Proven ability to build relationships
Ambition, diligence, and passion for improving the lives of others
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hour to $30.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
