Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in Dadar. The Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, providing assistance, and ensuring efficient customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating operational activities, analyzing processes, and implementing improvements to optimize workflow. Need IT background candidate. Immediate joiners.
Qualifications
• PAN India installation project.
• To arrange backup engineer for FMS engineers who are taking leave.
• Arrange temp engineer for FMS engineers who are going on long leave.
• He should have knowledge of desktop, Operation system & other accessories.
• He must coordinate with PAN India vendors, internal team members & clients via mail, phone & what’s app chat.
• He should be good in communication & mails.
• Need person who can handle the pressure & phone calls on daily basis.
