Operations Director

Our ideal candidate will have experience in acrylic bath systems, quality assurance, and hiring/training. As a Production/Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation team, reviewing time sheets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also participate in hiring and training, review contracts with the sales team, and coordinate warranty and service calls. In addition, you will manage relationships with vendors, collect time sheets and receipts, and assist installers with issues during installation.
