Position: Exports Imports Operations & Documentation Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations & Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing the operational activities of the company’s export business. This includes preparing, reviewing and maintaining all documentation in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. The individual will also coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and completion of all export activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate, Review, prepare and process all required documents related to the export of goods, including invoices, shipping documents, packing lists and other required documents.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and other parties involved in the export process
Coordinate with other departments such as shipping, customer service and accounting to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of records.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain & manage the company’s export database & ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate along with filing systems for all operations and documentation activities.
Assist & provide support to the team in other areas of the company’s export operations, as needed.
Ensure that all export documentation data entries is accurate and complete including pre & post shipment & resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation.
Monitor the progress of shipments , Track goods in transit and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and take corrective action if necessary.
Provide customer service & Communicate with international customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth export process.
Communicate with banks to ensure timely payment of export invoices.
Handle any other tasks assigned by the management.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain current knowledge of export regulations and ensure compliance.
Required Experience: Above 2 years in import export field

Required Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Office Timing: 10 am to 7.30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
