Your Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the agile delivery structure within Tribe and Squad model along with our Product and Technology partners to design and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Understand and translate business requirements to requirement specifications and functional designs and ensure the tech specifications are aligned with the business requirements.
• Prepare and document all Operations related artifacts
• Challenge the status quo by identifying process inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities
• Close engagement and communication with branch operations to understand the in-country needs and APAC as a whole
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to APAC business to support business and operational insights
• Lead & drive the assigned projects, while ensuring the system and deliverables are within the scope of the contractual requirements towards delivering operational benefits.
• Responsible for Unit Testing and System Integration Testing of service requests and defects reported.
• Work in parallel with APAC Operational Engineers to curate best practices and identify sharing of opportunities for optimization of overall transformation program delivery.
• Ensure experience gleaned and knowledge gathered from various projects is documented and shared across change team for leverage on other ongoing or future initiatives
Key Requirements (Your skills and experience):
• Five plus years of knowledge & experience of Corporate banking operations with products like Cash Management, Securities Processing (Custody/Funds Services) & Trade Financing expertise will be a plus.
• Strong project management skills, communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High business analytics knowledge & skills, detail orientation, service commitment and solid stakeholder management skills
• Capabilities of using new tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere will be a value add.
• Equipped with design thinking skills to drive innovative and effective workflow design
• An ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment – including cross-functional teams
• A structured & determined approach to work, a willingness to take ownership of problems and an ability to communicate with colleagues & stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to drive issue resolution, collaborate with various stakeholders to execute consistently on deliverables and communicate status updates/ project delivery outcomes.
