Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Head in Creative Services BPO. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing sales strategy and execution. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, developing sales plans, and coordinating with the delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Familiar with publishing, audio visual and graphic design industries, ability to forge international client relationships in these domains.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Global BPO Sales Management skills
Proficient in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
Exceptional Team Management and Leadership skills
Marcom/ Advertising agency in a sales/client engagement experience a must
Experience in the BPO/Technology services industry is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum experience of 15 years of which 3-4 years in advertising/ Marcom or Av industries in a Sales/ client servicing role

Job description
A leading Consulting GBS (Global Business Services) client of ours is looking for an Operations Excellence / Process Excellence Leader, based in Ahmedabad Gujarat. This is not a remote of hybrid role and will be based in Gujarat itself.

We are looking for leaders with 17-25 years experience in Shared Services/BPO Operations/ Global Business Services.

The role will have the following KRAs:

- Drive GBS-wide Operational Excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with GBS's goals and delivering measurable business value (e.g., cost savings, process efficiency, and service quality improvements).

- Act as a key advisor to GBS leadership on OE trends, best practices, and innovation within the GBS and BPO context.

- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for Operational Excellence within GBS and BPO operations.

- Focus on practical problem-solving tools and day-to-day performance improvement.

- Work closely with team leads to drive measurable operational performance improvements.

- Apply tools including Value Stream Mapping, Initial Problem Analysis and Customer Journey Mapping

- Co-own the deployment strategy and execution roadmap of, ensuring successful implementation across GBS and BPO teams.
