Job Summary
Alphabet Investment is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the complete operational workflow for Mutual Funds and PMS, from client onboarding and documentation to execution and reporting. The candidate should be organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy. Experience with international fund onboarding will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC and documentation.
Execute and track mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP setups.
Liaise with fund houses, RTAs, custodians, and PMS partners to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Maintain detailed records, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal operational policies.
Manage client operational communication via email and telephone.
Support onboarding and execution for international fund investments where applicable.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong email etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Reliable, ethical, and capable of handling confidential information.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund / PMS operations. (Preferred)
Exposure to international fund onboarding processes is a plus.
