• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day planning and help prioritize activities and deliverables.
• Systematize knowledge management, so internal teams have accurate and up-to-date information on the company, and program, and with team OKRs as well.
• Ensures that action items coming out of meetings are documented, followed up, and executed accordingly.
• Provides assistance by organizing and prioritizing the calendar.
• Ability to perform well and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations and priorities quickly, and deal professionally with varied management.
• Plans manage and execute special projects and assignments as required.
• Responsible for information flow between the executive and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a business or executive management role
• 0 to 6 months experience in a web3 start-up company
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives will be an added advantage
