Job Description
Manage the global operations of the organization as an individual and as a team player. ✓ Act as an active member of the Operational Team. ✓ Cater every request on various mailing addresses of the organization by being physically active 24x7 and attending the enquiry within the given TAT frame. ✓ Serving to every client request in the given TAT period. ✓ Coordination with the Airlines Companies for travel costing, reservations and medical clearances etc. ✓ Coordinating with our worldwide medical flight service providers. ✓ Coordinating with clients and provide them complete assistance and support. ✓ Preparation of the quotations and sharing it with the clients. ✓ Active participant in the repatriation cases, wherein he/she will be handling the operational activities of the evacuation process and providing a comprehensive support to the team and to the client. ✓ To work dedicatedly as per the directions of the management. ✓ Responsible for Network building for the organization. (Service Providers) Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols ✓ Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity. ✓ Organizing ground ambulance at origin and destination point as per clients’ requirements. ✓ Providing Doctor on Call and Teleconsultation facility as per insurance company and individual client. ✓ Placing GOP for insured member of insurance company or TPA. ✓ Preparation of Plan of Mission and flight manifest. ✓ Maintaining of records of inbound calls, TPA & Insurance cases record, Ambulance provider, Quotation sheet, Mortal service provider and hospital and clinic. ✓ Maintaining the database of all our partners, vendors, service provider etc. ✓ Submission of weekly report and monthly report. ✓ Handling of Inbound leads of SAARC Region.
