We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Back Office Operations Staff at [Aalpine Holiday Nagari Private Limited]. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Following up with leads and clients.

3. Explaining products or services to prospects.

4. Communication: Efficiently handle internal and external communication.

5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in back office or administrative roles.

- Knowledge of relevant software and tools.

- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,228.65 - ₹32,7+4.12 per month
