Spekta Cosmetics is an Indian vegan & cruelty-free makeup brand, based in Delhi NCR. We are looking to fill one vacancy for the role of "Operations Executive" with our firm.
Key responsibilities:
Work on the management of the day-to-day operations assisting the business head.
Handle shipment scheduling and tracking on daily basis. Co-ordinate with Stores for order fulfillment.
Provide customer support through email and chat panel.
Basic data entry & listing creation for e-commerce websites.
Attend meetings with the Business Head and take minutes.
Coordination with B2B partners.
Note: The area of the office Gurgaon Faridabad Road, Near Paras Trade Centre, Gurgaon.

Ms Excel, Word and High English Proficiency (Written & Spoken).
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
