We are seeking a dynamic and innovative 'Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)' to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The EIR will work closely with our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, identify new business opportunities in the corporate volunteering space, and foster innovation across the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to significantly increase new volunteering categories at the company and expand the existing ones, ensuring our programs reach a broad and diverse audience.
• Lead the creation and execution of innovative volunteering programs and projects, ensuring they adhere to the pinnacle of 11/10 experience and impact. This involves rolling up your sleeves and building things from scratch.
• Forge and sustain strategic alliances with innovators, tinkerers, nonprofit organizations, and other pivotal stakeholders to expand our offerings and impact.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to unearth trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, thereby informing strategic decisions and innovations
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the volunteer event experience to increase engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to and/or lead other business-critical initiatives as they come up.
