Key Responsibilities
• Working with vendor teams, negotiating, and ensuring deliverables on time per specifications
• Managing office logistics by managing packaging, shipping, and tracking orders
• Managing the inflow and outflow of the inventory
• Working on day-to-day office running and management
• Dealing with customer inquiries and queries
• Working on the Shopify e-commerce platform & catalog images for internal reference & listing of new products on the website
Skills Required
• Energy, a positive, 'can do', 'will learn' attitude, discipline & responsibility
• Must have: English proficiency (spoken)
• Preferred: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
