Role Overview
You handle day-to-day operations and backend systems.
From orders to platforms to small on-ground tasks—
you make sure nothing breaks.
What You’ll Do
1. Platform Management (Core Responsibility)
– Handle Uengage and Petpooja dashboards daily
– Update menu, pricing, availability
– Ensure systems are synced and running smoothly
2. Order Management
– Monitor orders across platforms
– Ensure zero missed or delayed orders
– Coordinate with store team for smooth execution
3. Issue Resolution
– Identify and fix backend/order issues quickly
– Coordinate with Uengage support when needed
– Follow up until problems are resolved
4. Basic Operations Support
– Assist in daily store operations when required
– Coordinate with team across functions
– Step in to solve issues on-ground
5. Events Support
– Assist in small events or activations
– Help with coordination and execution
What We’re Looking For
– Experience or strong familiarity with Uengage + Petpooja (mandatory)
– Detail-oriented (small errors = lost orders)
– Fast and reliable
– Problem-solving mindset
– Comfortable with both backend and on-ground work
– Based in Hyderabad
What This Is NOT
– Not a creative/social role
– Not a desk-only job
– Not for someone who needs constant supervision

– Smooth, error-free order flow
– Platforms always updated and synced
– Issues resolved quickly without escalation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
