**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Microsoft Office Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- **Operational Support**:

- Provide comprehensive support to operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established processes.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline operational procedures and enhance efficiency.

- **Liaison Work**:

- Act as a liaison between different departments, external stakeholders, and clients as necessary.

- Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of requirements and facilitate smooth coordination.

- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Generate reports and analysis as needed to support decision-making processes.

- **Web Portal Management**:

- Familiarity with web portal operations and management.

- Ability to navigate and utilize web portals efficiently for various tasks and transactions.

- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to operations, processes, and procedures.

- Generate periodic reports to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.

- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify operational issues and proactively propose solutions to address challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
