Operations Executive Trainee
We are looking for Operations Executive Trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities
Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers
Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
Collaborate with different teams to develop operational strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization’s overall vision.
Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations & laws applicable.
Build relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills being an Operations Executive to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a team.
