individuals having an average age around 25 years. The talent pool comprises data analysts,
engineers, designers, writers, managers, marketers, which is increasing at 10% every month.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Process Management:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.
Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a bridge between different departments.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, or third-party service providers.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, or customer feedback.
Resource Management:
• Allocate human and material resources optimally.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, or software.
Problem Solving:
• Address operational issues or bottlenecks swiftly.
• Propose improvements or solutions for ongoing problems.
Support Strategic Initiatives:
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes.
• Contribute insights to help shape business strategy and growth.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Pressure Handling Skills
