• Handling independently units is the responsibility will be same as mentioned for OM.
• Managerial skill.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Industrial knowledge & Communication skill.
• Ability to manage contingencies.
• Staff and Guest management skills.
• Compliance to Hotel operating controls.
• Daily operation reviews of designated departments.
Education: MBA/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 18K to 20K + Accommodation & Food
Location: Idukki
