• Agreement creation process – All Programs
• Tracking partner database, managing tickets through Zendesk
• Enabling Partner on vendor portal/internal portals – Microsoft (CSP & SPLA), VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Redhat, Zimbra, Acronis and Carbonite
• On time reminder to partners and usage submission to OEM in order to secure back-end rebate
• Usage calculation of Partner as shared through vCloud usage meter reports
• Preparing invoice and credit note requests – Excel Reports – All Programs
• Managing OEM portal
• Co-ordination with finance, sales team and partners
• Creating and tracking refund tickets
• Partner support – Cloud-iQ – Level 2 and Addressing Billing Queries
• Support to partner on usage submission process and general support
• Preparing internal reports/manual tasks as and when assigned
