Your key responsibilities
• The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring requirements are captured, analysing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.
• The Business Analyst involves in all the Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, spring planning, and retrospectives) and supports the Agile delivery framework.
• Liaises with Product Owners, SME, and technical community (architects, developers etc.) for solution identification.
• Works in a collaborative and agile manner to document user stories and refine (eg add Acceptance Criteria) and liaise with development teams to prioritise and deliver against the requirements
• Ensure the right granularity of user stories by applying techniques in scope of estimation and completion in a single sprint
• Provide needed clarifications on requirements to team members
• Together with other Business Analyst (as necessary) manage requirements using Agile framework i.e. user stories and help drive the agile process forward by participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA, etc.
• Responsible for supporting the testing requirements together with the QA Team
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (as required): validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo
• Be a key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train non-squads stakeholders
• Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
• Assures that the Product Backlog Items respect Definition of Ready before entering in the Sprint Backlog

Knowledge & Experience
• 12+ years’ Experience in a Banking domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes, with exposure to business analysis will be preferred.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders along with maintaining product backlogs and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories.
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
• Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
• Ability to work in a Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies.
• Understanding of agile (scrum) methodology
• Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
• Good analytical and problem solving experience
• Broad knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
• Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
