• Monitor and achieve Operation targets/ scorecard parameters
• Achieve and monitor customer delivery targets
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way by reducing overhead cost
• Improve the business cycle to ensure zero delays in deliveries
• Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System in the factory
• Stone-related repairs due to stone and stone Breakage under control
• To manage incoming of Stones in respect to quality requirements.
• Approve and ensure the execution of PDD plan
• Develop future leaders and talent pipeline for all the functions under his wing
