What You Will Need
• Proven experience in a People Partnering role, ideally in a logistics or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of TUPE legislation and employment law.
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience of managing people and driving a high-performance culture.
