About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on assisting the director of the company in scheduling appointments
• Work on coordinating and communicating with clients, staff, and airline companies on a regular basis
• Maintain active interaction with growth managers (sales staff) and support them in their back-end work
• Work on generating reliable DSR, MIS reports, drafting schedules
• Provide regular updates to the staff as and when required
• Maintain records of the details pertaining to the client meetings, complaints, feedback, etc.
• Work on following up with the work/tasks given to staff with a deadline and reporting the same to director
