Our company is seeking to hire an Operations Lead to help support our business.
We are looking for a support associate who is a wizard in organization and prioritization, as you will be supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in fast-paced and challenging environment supporting various teams. This is an onsite Role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, India
Schedule: 8am to 5pm ET (5:30pm to 2:30am IST - home drop provided)
As Operations Lead, you will be responsible to perform or work on the following tasks:
• Scheduling the Mock interviews, Greet and meet with the people from different departments, etc.
• Creating various skype/Team meeting rooms.
• Gmail accounts/Linkedin accounts creation/maintenance.
• Share prior interview recordings for the same vendor/client with the FE (IT consultants).
• Follow up and collect interview notes from FE after interview and accumulate interview questions to share with the marketing FE weekly.
• Collect interview feedback from sales, SME, IPC coaches, and share with the team.
• Payroll timesheets/expense initial review.
Experience required:
• Min. 4 to 6 years of experience in office management activities.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
• Must have worked in the MNC’s or corporates.
• Must be a Tech-savvy person who has got hands-on experience in MS-Office, Gmail account creation, Skype and MS-Teams.
• Excellent communicator and smart in understanding or reading the people.
• Solution provider and a pro-active individual.
