About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this new role is key in streamlining business operations, leading strategic projects, and ensuring CSB delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll execute and refine our CX strategy and deliver key initiatives, optimise processes across teams, and leverage data to inform decision-making. With a focus on operational excellence, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure CSB continues to scale efficiently. Based in the Gold Coast, this role is three days a week in-office and two days a week working from home.
About You
The Operations Lead, Customer and Business role has three key areas of focus; Project Management, Customer Experience and Data and we’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about operational efficiency, customer experience, and business strategy.
Experience & Skills
5+ years' experience in a business operations, project management, or data analytics role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning in an e-commerce environment.
Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Desired: Experience working in e-commerce, apparel, or D2C brands.
Desired: Familiarity with CX teams, CRM systems, and ERP platforms.
Desired: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile Analysis Certification).
