Job Description
Operations:
Identify and onboard strategic vendors and partners to support the expansion of our product offerings.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, negotiating favorable terms and long-term agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance, implementing measures to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and alignment with brand standards.
Logistics:
Manage customer orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
Liaise with courier and delivery partners to facilitate smooth shipments and promptly resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain and regularly update Excel-based inventory and order tracking sheets for accurate reporting.
Monitor shipment statuses, track potential delays, and troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively.
Support the onboarding and ongoing management of new logistics and delivery partners.
Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address and resolve order fulfillment concerns.
