Job Description
Join Artisan Direct Commerce - One of the Fastest-Growing Businesses in Australasia
We are a dynamic, high-growth business delivering 60+ major consumer events each year across Australia and New Zealand. Our scale, pace, and ambition continue to accelerate. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our national event operations.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organisation, logistics, and problem-solving, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep events running seamlessly, and is excited by the energy of a fast-paced, hands-on event environment.
Who We Are
Our founding brand, Kiwi Artisan, has scaled rapidly across three continents and is recognised as Australia’s fastest-growing speciality goods company. We exist to champion the very best of New Zealand and Australia’s local producers, makers, and innovators — connecting communities through authentic, premium artisan products and experiences.
From handcrafted goods to distinctive regional offerings, our brands come to life through home and lifestyle shows, markets, and large-scale national events. What began as a small Covid-era startup has evolved into a high-growth group of companies with a bold vision for international expansion.
Our team is built on creativity, resilience, and genuine care — for our partners, our customers, and each other. We believe in doing things properly, with strong systems, seamless delivery, and unforgettable experiences. Every event is an opportunity to celebrate craftsmanship, local talent, and meaningful connection.
