Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators / Volunteers, fostering their professional
development.
Coordinate with different departments to align event objectives with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Implement technology solutions to enhance event registeration processes.
Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Handle on-site logistics, ensuring smooth execution of events.
Oversee vendor management, ensuring quality services are delivered.
Develop and maintain event timelines and schedules.
Monitor and manage event-related risks, addressing issues promptly.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in event tech.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management in the event industry.
Proven track record in managing large-scale events effectively.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in event management software and tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving capability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of budget management and cost control practices.
Strong understanding of event industry trends and client expectations.
Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
