Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations: This includes front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring they function smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage staff: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees to ensure they meet standards and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Optimize workflows: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Maintain high service standards: Implement policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
• Manage budgets: Develop and manage hotel budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to guide daily operations and ensure consistency.
• Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to motivate and guide staff, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
