Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards in all operational activities.
Requirements
Proven operations or warehouse management experience
Strong people leadership skills
Logistics, FMCG, or distribution background
MPI or regulated-environment experience desirable
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a dynamic environment.
