Job Description
• Manage multiple teams of security officers and supervisors to coordinate scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Manage high-visibility and mission-critical infrastructure security upgrade projects.
• Write incident reports and document patrol officer activities.
• Work with physical security design team to implement design changes and revise infrastructure models with sustainable worldwide applications.
• Advance operations, CCTV, and alarm software utilization & monitoring.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on security status
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
• To build and manage a down line team to Ensure full strength of Security guards at each sites and smooth running of operations.
• To fulfill client’s requirements and to satisfy them with operational accomplishments
