Role Description
This is a Full-Time On-Site role for a Manager of Operations located in Lucknow. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the supply chain. The Manager of Operations will also be responsible for managing staff, monitoring and reporting on efficiency, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the retail sector
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees
• Experience in supply chain logistics and inventory management
• Understanding of quality control and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Management Software
