Operations Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our operations department in Jaipur. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring flawless execution of processes, maintaining zero errors, achieving management-set targets, and exceeding client expectations. Timely reporting and updates will be critical to drive operational efficiency and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to eliminate errors.- Develop and monitor operational KPIs to track performance and meet targets.- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance productivity.- Handle client requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver timely updates to management.- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Requirements:- Proven experience 3 years in operations management or a related role.- Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP software is preferred• Understand customer need and handle their queries
• Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
• Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
• Manage time to handle multiple calls
