Job Description
Inventory Management: Optimise inventory systems to maximise availability, minimise obsolete stock, and improve returns on working capital.
Corporate Responsibility & WHSE: Champion the company values, promoting a zero-harm environment and ensuring compliance with WHSE regulations.
Quality Management: Develop and maintain systems that meet customer expectations for quality and delivery, driving policy improvements at a national level.
Employee Engagement: Motivate and engage your team to continuously improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a national or global corporate setting.
Extensive experience in warehousing and logistics, including warehouse design and WMS systems.
Strong skills in inventory management, particularly with SAP and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP).
Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing operations/logistics interfaces.
