About Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS)
Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS) is responsible for provision of operational support and management of Party (Client), Product, Organization and Instrument Reference data to facilitate KYC and enable client business and trading relationships and associated downstream processes including Regulatory and Tax obligations. ORDS is driving the Group Party and Instrument Data Strategy across CIB, the key elements of this strategy are:
Providing a single, authorized source of Party (cRDS) & Instrument Data to all areas across Corporate and Investment Bank, that contains accurate and complete Party & Instrument Data with full coverage
Distributing the common Party & Instrument data elements/attributes across the organization to ensure a single identifier is used front-to-back and there is consistency, alignment and common usage of Party & Instrument data attributes front-to-back
Identify and align common Parties, and their associated common attributes, across the Group (Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, Capital Release Unit and Private Bank)
Role Description:
A Change PM support within the Change & Transformation team plays a significant role in ensuring a portfolio of projects (change initiatives) are tracked and managed accurately. The primary responsibility of this person will focus on managing the committed book of work for the non-party domains in ORDS (primarily instrument), accurately communicating status and ensure risks/issues/dependencies are identified and resolved.

Your key responsibilities
• Prepare SteerCo level status reporting, with supporting evidencing and documentation for key messages / escalation
• Assist with Audit related documentation and Finding closures
Your skills and experience
• Atleast 15+ years of track record in a leading and driving global change programs with relevant experience in PM (Change Management preferably)
• Demonstratable leadership experience of both teams and change delivery
• Ability to work with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Project
• Strong communications skills and well-developed team collaboration experience
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, governance, and status tracking
• Financial Services (Capital Markets) experience preferably, but not mandatory
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
