Operations Manager - Northern Beaches

We’re looking for a proactive and grounded Operations Manager who thrives in a collaborative, founder-led environment. This role suits someone who brings structure and consistency to operations while keeping the founder closely connected to team progress and decision points.

As a trusted partner to the founder, you’ll help translate ideas into clear plans, ensure priorities stay on track, and keep daily operations running smoothly. We're not looking for a gatekeeper but rather someone whose focus is to enable the founder’s engagement, so she can stay focused on strategy, creative direction, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage timelines, logistics, and team coordination to keep projects moving with clarity and momentum

Support a workflow where the founder stays engaged, soundboards ideas, and collaborates to improve outcomes

Turn broad ideas into actionable plans and present them clearly for input

Create simple tools and systems that streamline operations and reduce rework

Track priorities, follow up, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Communicate updates transparently to enable timely feedback and decision-making

Proactively resolve issues before they escalate

About You

You’re execution-focused and follow through with clarity and ownership

Calm, practical, and steady in fast-paced, creative environments

Naturally collaborative, not looking to control decisions but to support them

Build trust easily and promote open, direct communication

Skills & Experience

Strong background in operations, project delivery, or team leadership
