About The Role
We're looking for an operation manager to join our Driver Operations team to own driver win-back and retention initiatives in India & South Asia. We drive the growth, retention, engagement, and favorability of drivers on the Uber platform. In this role, You will work with the Driver Ops team to grow our driver base to meet business needs, resurrecting faster-churned drivers and streamlining processes for win back function.
We are looking for a problem solver with an "owner" mindset, to help build and scale world-class programs for driver winback. In this role, you will help address the complex challenges of driver churn, experiment design, creating strategy and improving driver base using data & ops process.
A successful candidate is capable of managing multiple work streams and getting the right decisions from the right stakeholders. You possess a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, analytical insights and technology used by operations to achieve our bold goals.
What You'll Do
• Grow Driver Base & retention in INSA markets through managing multiple win-back initiatives end to end.
• Manage Scaled Operations of Agents, External vendors to increase efficiencies of the outbound process
• Structure and solve complex problems at scale and create long-term processes to manage and improve driver resurrection across categories and throughout the driver lifecycle.
• Become the voice of the drivers and Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share driver insights and ensure end to end closure on driver’s feedback
• Closely monitor business vs actual supply plans and create key interventions in supply-constrained regions
• Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and analysis of key projects and business growth
• Analyze and develop insights from all sections of driver touch points - earnings, support, actioning to forecast supply retention and incorporate learnings into resurrection interventions.
What You'll Need
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in operations, consulting, logistics or other hyper-growth startups is preferred
• Critical and analytical thinking, Experience with data-based decision-making (reports, experiments, models) and scaling processes
