Titanium Electrical is a growing and well-established electrical construction business delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a key role in driving project delivery, efficiency and profitability as the business continues to grow.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, visibility and commercial control to operations.

The Role
You will oversee operations across multiple projects, ensuring the right people, systems and processes are in place to deliver work safely, efficiently and profitably.
Key responsibilities include:•
Managing day-to-day operations across multiple electrical projects
Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project programs
Planning and managing scheduling for electricians and apprentices
Monitoring project progress, productivity and job margins
Overseeing invoicing, variations and job costing performance
Supporting payroll, workforce coordination and compliance requirements
Working closely with the Director, project teams and clients
Improving systems, reporting and processes to support business growth

About You
You are organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic construction or trades environment.
You will bring:
Experience in an Operations, Project Coordination, Construction Management or similar role
Strong understanding of scheduling, job costing and project financial performance
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
Highly regarded:
Experience in the electrical or broader construction industry
Trade background
Experience with Simpro or similar job management systems
Familiarity with Xero
Knowledge of WHS and construction compliance
