We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Event Production to lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of events from concept through delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across all operational elements on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, taking full ownership of event operations, production management, and on-ground delivery.
What you will do:
• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of events, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Oversee logistics planning, vendor coordination, negotiations, and risk management
• Manage production materials, technical requirements, and on-site execution
• Partner with clients and client-servicng team to define operational requirements and execution plans
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration across departments
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement effective solutions
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in event operations or production management
• Proven expertise in budgeting, logistics, vendor management, execution, and contract negotiation
• Strong knowledge of event production materials and technical requirements
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
